Rough Rules for Oversized Weapons and an Announcement

This week, I present some rules for wielding weapons you're not supposed to, and an announcement about my next Big Project.

The Warlock of Firetop Mountain Update 1.1 - Final Puzzle and Small Tweaks

A small update to the adventure based on some suggestions by my dear big brother and responses on reddit. Changes A lot of typos have been fixed. Added some suggestions at the end of the dungeon for scaling to different levels, as well as clarification for the levels the adventure is meant to be run at. Added an optional tweak to the chest puzzle, as it seemed too simple Rather than locks only working with a key corresponding to their material, the locks only work with a key which shares no materials with it. Should make the puzzle take a little bit longer, and a chest trap will probably activate at least once with it. All changes can be found on the Homebrewery document .

Okay the last update was two weeks ago. There are a few reasons for this: I was getting sick of putting out crappy little map scraps every week. I had exams throughout last week. Nobody reads this shit so who really cares? So instead of another small update last week at the expense of exam revision, I decided to delay the update a week so I could put out something with at least a small amount of care and effort put into it. Wow!

Merry Christmas! What the heck are you doing reading some nerd's blog? I was originally planning to release the whole map at once, probably with some additional encounter guidance. But then I realised that would mean several hours of map drawing and writing on Christmas Eve, and honestly I just can't be arsed.
